Over the course of 10 days, Imagine Fantastic Film Festival offers the latest and best in science fiction, fantasy, horror and related genres.
We are back for this 42nd (!) edition with a programme to be proud of. It’s our fifth consecutive year in the FilmHallen and LAB111. Our Expanded programme will take place in Hal West for the second time.
In addition to feature films and short films, the 2026 programme consists of four pillars: our annual theme programme (Ghost in the Feed), our immersive programme Imagine Expanded (The New Flesh, tapping into Ghost in the Feed directly), our country focus Myths of the World (Reversing Magical Realism in Latin-American Cinema), and Imagine Industry.
