RUNNER
As a runner, you will perform various tasks ranging from assisting at special events, welcoming guests, running errands or doing small tasks, helping with lunch, delivering items or meals, or stepping in where it’s busy. You may also be called upon as a host to pick up and drop off guests, such as directors and other filmmakers. This is a varied role that requires flexibility and the ability to quickly switch between different tasks. You will work closely with our production team and the floor managers.

BUILD-UP & BREAKDOWN
The week before the festival, the festival locations will be built up and prepared. You will assist with decorating the venues and setting up in the common areas of the FilmHallen, LAB111 and the VR exhibition. Tasks include helping with exhibition setups, signage (sticking floor and wall decals), placing banners, setting up information desks, and doing small tasks as a runner. Additionally, we could use your help in the office for various preparations, such as making passes for guests and crew and preparing festival bags (also on October 17, the day of the volunteer Kick-off). At the end of the festival, you will help with breaking down and cleaning everything up. This is a great role for handy and creative go-getters who want to be involved with Imagine from start to finish.

We will be collaborating with a specialised taxi/car service company. You will usually travel to the pickup location on your own, welcome the guest, and then ride along with the driver to the hotel, LAB111, or the FilmHallen. A professional and welcoming attitude is essential for this role. Car hosts work closely with our production team. A driver’s license or your own car is not required, and travel expenses will be reimbursed.
