A small American town is rocked by a series of bizarre murders. The cause? A mysterious VHS tape of a bad 1950s sci-fi film, rented out by the local video store. When one of the store’s employees discovers that the tape doubles as an alien brainwashing plot, the race for survival begins…

During the final recording of a live TV show called 60 Minutes before Midnight, a group of journalists are working feverishly to uncover evidence of an occult conspiracy in the higher echelons of the government. A guest on the show – self-proclaimed ‘wizard’ Adrian Marcato – seems to know more…
