In 1955, Gijs Molenaar opened the Concerto music store at Utrechtsestraat 60 in Amsterdam. It’s still there today. Stepping inside Concerto is like entering a different world, spread across five spaces packed with vinyl, CDs and DVDs. You could browse for hours or just grab something on the go. Concerto's offer is as diverse as its audience, with every genre represented, from new releases to timeless classics as well as a huge selection of films.
