A stylised horror anthology based on an Argentinian web series about a mysterious radio station.

Every night at midnight, a mysterious DJ takes to the airwaves with stories from Kirlian, a lost city somewhere in Argentina. Tonight, the most ominous storytellers will get to have their say before the channel shuts down for good. What on earth is happening in Kirlian?

The Kirlian Frequency, a film adaptation of the popular cult web series that briefly ran on Netflix, is the brainchild of director, screenwriter and animator Cristian Ponce — also known for The History of the Occult, which shares some cast members with this film. The best animated stories from the series were used to create this anthology in the style of The Twilight Zone and Tales from the Crypt, narrated by a mysterious DJ wearing a creepy skull mask. A unique project by an idiosyncratic creator, featuring an excellent score and a stylish blend of animation and live action.
