After the opening meetings between the psychologist and the traumatized cosmonaut, the film cuts to the chase quickly and once it’s revealed what happened to the commander, the film ups a gear or two. As discovery after discovery happens, the bad guys become really bad and our heroine needs all her moral strength. A compelling, visually impressive Russian sci-fi movie, that's also a genuine treat for anyone with a taste for outrageous Soviet conspiracy theories.
