Op Valentijnsdag krijgt Jyugon een bonbon aangeboden van de lieftallige Monami. De vulling bestaat uit bloed. Haar bloed: want zij is Vampire Girl! Monami is echter niet de enige die een oogje heeft op de knappe Jyugon. Ook Keiko probeert hem voor zich te winnen. Wanneer de ruzie tussen de twee meiden uitmondt in de dood van Keiko, wordt ze door de onderdirecteur - een kruising tussen Dr. Frankenstein en Kabukiman - weer in elkaar geknutseld met lichaamsdelen van andere studenten. Keiko keert terug als Frankenstein Girl. De strijd kan beginnen...
De titel van deze over the top Japanse Troma, van de maker van Tokyo Gore Police en de maker van Stacy, wordt helemaal waargemaakt. Uitbundige special effects, bloedfonteinen en foute humor wisselen elkaar in hoog tempo af. Bovendien zit de film tjokvol krankjoreme personages: gothic Lolita's, automutilanten en Japanse meisjes die in speciale make-up naar school komen, omdat ze liever zwart zouden zijn en dikke negerlippen hebben! Maar Frankenstein Girl takes the cake: deze dame kan zich met een boormachine ombouwen tot... helicopter! Haar eindgevecht met Vampire Girl is het mafste en meest hysterische dat Imagine dit jaar te bieden heeft.

On Valentine's day, Jyugon is offered a chocolate by the lovely Monami. It's filled with blood. Her blood: because she is Vampire Girl! But Monami isn't the only one with a crush on the handsome Jyugon; Keiko is trying to win his affection as well. When the feud between the two girls results in Keiko's death, the vice-principal - a cross between Dr. Frankenstein and Kabukiman - uses body parts from other students to put her back together again. Keiko returns as Frankenstein Girl. The battle is on...
