IMAGINE WANTS YOU!

The 27th edition of Imagine: Amsterdam Fantastic Film Festival will take place from April 13-23, 2011. If you want to compete with the best of fantastic cinema from all parts of the world, then send a copy of your film to the adress on the left!

Deadline for submission of both features and shorts: January 1, 2011. There's no submission fee. Please note that the fantastic shorts section of the programme is exclusively for European fantastic shorts.

What’s to gain: All films, except shorts and golden oldies, are eligible for Imagine’s audience award: the Sp!ts Silver Screen Award. The Black Tulip is Imagine’s jury prize for best feature film. And if you are a European filmmaker, your film might end up winning either the Silver Méliès jury award for best European fantastic feature film, or a Golden Méliès nomination for best European fantastic short. Furthermore, Imagine invites aspiring filmmakers to engage in the Time Capsule competition for online submitted shorts. Details will be revealed later this year.
